Hello fellow Homo Shapiens…wish you all a very happy new year. My new year resolution is to share with you every week, a new motivational hack to help sustain your exercise schedule. Starting from the 1st of January, 2024, I will share a weekly hack that will help motivate you to exercise regularly. These hacks have been invented using my own personal struggles combined with my medical knowledge and put to test by rigorous self-experimentation.

Remember, exercise is never fun, it is always painful and uncomfortable. It makes you feel hot, it makes you sweat, it causes your joints to ache and your muscles to tighten up. It increases your pulse rate causing your head to throb, it increases your breathing rate making you gasp for air. These hacks cannot make exercise fun and pleasurable (don’t believe anyone who claims to be able to do so!). However, they can surely reduce the pain and alleviate the suffering associated with exercise. So watch this space for weekly motivational hacks for exercise. Have a healthy year and evolve into the best version of the Homo sapiens species. Move from being a Homo Out-of-Shapien to being a Homo Shapien.
